Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing after your order is placed.

An order is considered processed and dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to the shipping address provided at checkout.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times refer to the transit time after dispatch and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

Europe: 7–10 business days

United Kingdom: 7–10 business days

United States & Canada: 10–14 business days

Other countries: 7-15 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak periods or holidays. International shipments may also be subject to customs inspections or clearance procedures, which can extend delivery times beyond our estimates.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Kalysko has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an address is incomplete, inaccurate, or flagged by our system, our customer support team may contact you by email to verify your details within 3 business days of placing the order. If no response is received within this timeframe, Kalysko reserves the right to cancel the order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal by the recipient, or an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Kalysko is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Delayed Delivery

At Kalysko, we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

courier delays,

customs processing,

severe weather conditions,

transportation disruptions,

address verification or payment processing issues.

Kalysko cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist and keep you informed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

Kalysko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

Contact the courier directly to initiate a claim, and

Notify us at support@kalysko.com so we can assist with follow-up where possible.

Such cases fall outside our refund policy. However, Kalysko may offer a replacement at its discretion, depending on the circumstances.

In certain situations, the courier may require a police report to proceed with an investigation.


Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.


Force Majeure

Kalysko is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Kalysko reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
