Return & Refunds Policy

At Kalysko, we are committed to offering high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

The return period starts from the date the order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition as received

Be unused and unaltered

Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable)

Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items returned in a condition different from how they were received may not be eligible for a refund.


Evaluation Period

We recommend allowing up to 14 days to evaluate your purchase before deciding to request a return.
This is a recommendation only and does not affect your right to request a return within the 30-day return period.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact Kalysko Customer Support at:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization from Kalysko will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive clear instructions regarding the return process, including the return address and, where applicable, a return shipping label.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are covered by Kalysko only if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For all other return reasons (including change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received and inspected by Kalysko.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

Show no signs of use, modification, setup, activation, or personalization

Be returned in the original packaging with all included components (if applicable)

Kalysko reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of misuse.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Kalysko at support@kalysko.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Damage limited to external packaging (such as dented boxes) while the product itself remains intact is not considered damage.

Kalysko does not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper handling, or misuse.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products

Made-to-order items

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact Kalysko before placing your order.


Exchanges

Kalysko does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, variation, or size, please return the original item following the return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once Kalysko receives and inspects the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Kalysko is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Kalysko is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the courier. Customers are encouraged to contact the courier directly for delivery-related issues.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, Kalysko will not be responsible for reshipping the order or issuing a refund.


Abuse Prevention

Kalysko reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds from customers who demonstrate excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return behavior.


Limitation of Liability

Kalysko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products.

Kalysko reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most current version before making a purchase.
